If you or a Samsung technical support technician have determined your drive to be faulty, please use our online Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) system. Once you have received your RMA number you may send your drive to Rexo for repair or replacement by one of our skilled technicians. More detailed instructions on how to do this will be shown to you during the online RMA request process.
